Start the conversation and take almost too much initiative. Don't be passive. Volunteer for opportunities. Initiate conversation on improving the organization and be relentless when demanding excellence. Being remarkable starts from hiring right — so hire only the best.

Take the Long View
Never sacrifice long-term goals for short-term advantages. Treat relationships with clients and coworkers with a long term view. Nurture exceptional talents by investing in their education, and coach them with great patience and consistency. Hire slowly, and grow thoughtfully.

Take longer strides
Once a decision is made, pursue it with vigor and speed. If you're not in the right mental frame to work, take a break rather than dragging your feet. Long, powerful strides are results of a runner's strength and habit, so don't normalize tardiness and sluggishness. Celebrate quick, decisive actions. Speed is a habit.

Working Location
If you work in Sales, you will need to be based in Jakarta to be able to frequently meet with prospective clients and partners. For all other roles, you can work from anywhere in Indonesia.
On average, personnel from Supertype's Engineering and Product work from home 90% of the time, and fly into Jakarta or other cities for important meetings, team retreats, product conferences and client workshops.

We take our values seriously and understand that our philosophy isn't for everyone.

Spend some time thinking about whether you will enjoy working with us. For example, consider if you do your best work under very structured, hierarchical environments with well-defined deadlines and deliverables.
Supertype is a flat organization with a strong emphasis on autonomy and self-management. We discourage micromanagement and setting arbitrary deadlines. If you require a lot of structure and hand-holding, we might not be the right fit. - Make your case in your application.
