Capture

The signals are already there. Viably turns them into work.

Contact forms, pricing enquiries, Stripe charges, support email, and deploy events all flow into one ledger the CRM and task board read from. A single source of truth that does not depend on manual updates.

Connect a source and the records self-populate and reconcile, which is what elevates a business from a system of records to a system of actions on those records.

The fact machine

Google Analytics tracks the app. Viably tracks the business. across every signal that matters.

Most workflow tools expect a person to connect the dots between a form submission, a payment, a support email, and the task that follows. Viably captures those signals and brings them together as a single timeline without manual entry.

Contacts and CRM

A customer record that builds itself from what already happened.

A CRM gets stale the moment people stop updating it. Viably builds the record from contact forms, enquiry emails, Stripe payments, team replies, and the in-app events you send to POST to Viably, so the customer record is a result of the work rather than extra admin.

  • Attributed revenue

Every payment traces back to the campaign, the page, or the referral that produced the customer, with lifetime value attribution. Supports utm_ fields and custom referred_by_email fields.

  • Conversion by source

How many of the people a source brought you went on to buy, so the channel that fills the pipeline and the channel that fills the bank are told apart.

  • Responsiveness

Who is waiting on a reply, how long your team usually takes to send one, and which leads to act on next. @Via follows up on overdue tasks and outreach so the pipeline keeps moving.

Logs and observability

One ledger with the evidence attached.

Viably's webhook infrastructure gives engineers reliable ingestion, delivery monitoring, retries, manual replays, batching, and queryable analytics. The same events feed the logs, CRM, and task board, which keeps one source of truth coherent without extra maintenance.

ViablyViably
The Viably webhook relay, showing endpoint health, event volume over ninety days, and the searchable delivery log

Every event that arrived, where it came from, where it went, and whether the delivery survived on the first attempt.

An observability-first philosophy, applied to a business rather than to a server: leads, enquiries, payments, in-app events and product deployments are captured and spawn work automatically, so nobody hunts for signal across a sea of dashboards.

Slack coworker

@Via works with your team in Slack.

For teams that already live in Slack, @Via is the surface Viably wears there. It creates tasks, issues, reminders, and updates from a single emoji reaction, runs OCR on scanned cards into contact records, and batches webhook notifications into the channel that needs them. Everything it does is written back to the same ledger, so the task board and CRM stay in sync.

Economics

A generous free plan, and $7 a day when you outgrow it.

Viably is billed per workspace rather than per seat, so bringing in the rest of the team does not add cost. The Free plan includes the full feature set, and Viably+ raises the limits.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Viably?
Viably is an automation-first work operating system built by Supertype. It connects to the systems your business already runs, captures leads, enquiries, payments, and deploy events as they happen, and turns the work that matters into tasks and customer records that someone owns.
Do I need Slack to use Viably?
No. You can use the web app and relay endpoints without Slack. Teams that do use Slack can bring in @Via, which can create tasks, reminders, and updates right in the conversation.
Where does the data in the CRM come from?
From the systems you already use. A contact form, a forwarded email, a Stripe charge, or a scanned business card can all resolve to one person so the record builds itself instead of waiting on manual entry.
What happens to an event after it arrives?
It is logged, enriched, matched to a contact when possible, and routed to a task or channel if it needs action. Failed deliveries are retried and the ledger stays queryable and exportable in the dashboard.
What can @Via, the Slack coworker, actually do?
@Via can create tasks, open issues, send reminders, run OCR on screenshots, and update records from a single reaction in Slack. It keeps work moving and records the result back to the same ledger the CRM and task board read from.
How much does Viably cost?
The Free plan is always available and includes the full feature set. Viably+ is $7 a day billed annually, with unlimited seats and no per-person charge, and it includes a free trial so you can test it on real work before billing starts.
